Protein Shake recipe

Mix 2-3 tablespoons in a glass of water or skimmed milk in a blender and blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 1-2 ice cubes then again blend for 20-30 seconds and a delicious protein shake is ready. On training days take minimum of two servings daily, one serving within 45 minutes of after training and the other serving between the two meals i.e. between lunch and dinner.
